EURO one currency for Europe

LH-Group Ltd. in cooperation with Philips Lighting Ltd. introduces best money detectors on the market. At present there are two different models Philips MoneyCheck TTG-950 and TTG-690.

Basic information

The euro is the single currency of the countries participating in Stage Three of Economic and Monetary Union (EMU). It was introduced on 1 January 1999, the first day of Stage Three, when the 11 member states participating in the euro area - including Finland - adopted the euro as their single currency. The euro will gradually replace national currencies during a three-year transition period, which also started on 1 January 1999.Euro banknotes and coins will be issued on 1 January 2002. The euro area national currencies will cease to be legal tender on 1 March 2002 at the latest.
