(notes to WINDOWS user who installs "Proprietary Driver")

If your computer has been installed "Proprietary Driver",

"New Hardware Detected" dialog may appear every time you

start the WINDOWS. Just click 'Cancel' button to close it.

 OR

To avoid the "New Hardware Detected" dialog appears,

do not connect the reader until the WINDOWS is fully started.
